There are new features available when you click on the “manage employee” tab when logged into the client page of the TBM website.
This tab will give you the tools needed to add your new employee information to generate a link to them to complete the entire TBM packet electronically using our new e-sign process.
We also can add client documents that you may use in addition to the TBM packet, ie custom arbitration agreement, policy handbooks and other documents you may require to have an employee acknowledge or sign upon hire.
There are also tools for you to manage the progress of their new hire process and to let you know when they are complete and finalized in the TBM payroll system so they can receive a paycheck.
